Таких "приставов" нужно гнать в шею из ФССП. Абсолютный непрофессионал! Задолженность по ИП была погашена в 5-дневный срок 18 февраля 2025 года (банк списал с моего счета и сразу сообщил об этом в отдел приставов (на банковском языке "подал сигнал"). Этот горе-пристав не отвечал на мои сообщения через портал Госуслуги и только 29 апреля 2025 года (!) увидел "сигнал" из банка о блокировке денежных средств. До этого дня все арестовывал мое имущество, закрыл выезд из России. Еще незаконно взыскал исполнительский сбор! А еще получил за свою "службу" государственную награду (!).

Пристав Волкова лишила меня пенсии. Два месяца не могу добиться чего то вразумительного, не могу вернуть незаконно удержанные средства за два месяца. Полный беспредел и беззаконие. Похоже ССП никто не контролирует. Вот они и выполняют "сдельный план" по сборам. И пожаловаться некому.
